1How are Scapé fragrances developed?
Very thoughtfully — and with a lot of smelling, testing, adjusting, and smelling again. Scapé fragrances are developed using globally sourced fragrance materials and carefully crafted to meet our quality standards.
2Are Scapé products cruelty-free?
Yes. No animals are involved in our testing process — only human noses, skin, and honest opinions.
3Are Scapé products safe for skin?
Our products are formulated in accordance with international safety standards. However, everyone’s skin is different, so if your skin tends to be sensitive, we recommend doing a patch test before regular use.
4Do you offer a trial before purchasing?
Yes. We offer a Trial Pack for selected fragrances, so you can meet the scents first before committing to a full-size bottle. Scapé members also receive one complimentary Trial Pack.
5Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Malaysia. International shipping is not here yet, but it is on the way.
6How long will delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

7What is your return policy?
Because fragrance is a personal-use product, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. But if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we will help make it right.
